A principal with Gen II, Peter brings over seventeen years of experience in financial services and private equity administration, including extensive experience with systemautomation and integration, as well as operational efficiencies.Prior to joining Gen II, Peter served as director of private equity administration for HedgeServ where he originated, developed, and operated the firm’s private equity administration offering. Prior to this experience, Peter was a vice president and head of waterfall development for JPMorgan Private Equity & Real Estate Services.

Prior to 2004,he was an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP. Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Science inBusiness Administration from Washington University, St. Louis, with concentrations in accounting and management.
