Corporate Accounting Senior Officer M/F

The role sits within the Finance and Administration Team and reports to the Finance and Administration Manager.


  • Monthly closing adjustments including, but not limited to, capturing the following:
    • Revenue and Expense accruals
    • Provisions
    • Prepayments
    • Deferred income
    • Depreciation and amortisation
  • Management of asset register
  • Preparation and issuance of customer invoices
  • Management of customer queries
  • Management and reporting of cash collection
  • Support Finance Manager with preparation of annual budget
  • Preparation of periodic Actual vs Budget reporting;
  • Maintain the customer and supplier management system;
  • Capturing of daily banking and supplier invoice journals;
  • Management of supplier payment and cash flow processes;
  • Coordination with tax advisor to prepare and submit periodic direct and indirect tax returns
  • Prepare and submit periodic CSSF reports
  • Support Finance Manager with the Company’s annual internal and external audits;
  • Any other ad-hoc task that may arise to assist Finance Team to reach their goals and deadlines


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar Recognized Accountancy Qualification;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. French would be considered an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP. IFRS and USGAAP would be considered an asset;
  • Competencies in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary, proficiency in BOB50 would be an asset.
