With over two decades of accounting experience and more than 18 years dedicated to private equity fund administration, Yeva is a seasoned expert in the financial services industry. Since joining Gen II in 2016, she has played a pivotal role in overseeing client service teams across the firm’s Stamford and New York offices, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Yeva brings deep technical expertise across a broad spectrum of investment structures, including buyout and growth capital funds, feeder and fund-of-funds, direct and co-investment vehicles, as well as complex multi-tiered fund structures with advanced consolidations and waterfall models. Her in-depth knowledge and leadership make her an invaluable partner to clients navigating the intricacies of fund accounting and reporting.

Prior to Gen II, Yeva served as Supervisor at Citco Fund Services and previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at BISYS Private Equity Fund Services (later Citi Private Equity Services, Inc.), where she led accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of institutional private equity clients.

Yeva holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.
