How Verifii works

Verifii runs at two distinct points in the reporting process: during production and again during review. Both passes are required before any deliverable is released. Not sometimes – every time.
STAGE 01 Production check
As your Client Service Team prepares the deliverable, Verifii runs its full suite of checks, catching issues before the document reaches the review stage.
STAGE 02 Review check
The reviewing team member runs Verifii again as part of their sign-off. This is a second, independent pass of the same checks, providing a fully separate layer of automated verification.
STAGE 03 Exception handling
Any items flagged by Verifii are reviewed by the Client Service Team. Where a flag is a false positive, it's noted with commentary. Unresolved exceptions are addressed before the deliverable is released.
STAGE 04 Client delivery
Your deliverable arrives alongside a Verifii exception report — documenting every check performed and confirming the output is clean.
