New group expands the firm’s offerings in digital, tax, and management company services

Gen II Fund Services, LLC (“Gen II”), a leading independent private capital fund administrator, today announced the creation of its Strategic & Digital Solutions Group (the “Group”) and the appointment of Robert Caporale as Group President, effective immediately. The establishment of the Group exemplifies Gen II’s commitment to serving as a true value-added partner to its private fund sponsor clients.
