Gen II has announced that Paul Spendiff has been appointed to the role of Head of Business Development, Europe

LONDON, December 12, 2024 – Gen II Fund Services LLC (“Gen II”) has appointed Paul Spendiff as Head of Business development for Europe as the private capital fund administrator continues to focus on the evolution of its transatlantic services capabilities in support of its clients’ growth ambitions.

Working closely with the Gen II senior leadership team, Paul will be responsible for leading the on-going growth and development of the business across its European jurisdictions, building on its reputation for delivering high quality, solution-driven services for private capital asset managers and investors worldwide.

With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, and particular expertise in asset management, Paul joins Gen II from a global financial services provider where he was Global Head of Fund Sales with responsibility for developing and overseeing the firm’s global sales strategy.
