Her expertise spans software engineering, product management, design, AI and data platforms. Teresa has led major transformations, including SDLC evolutions, monolith-to-microservices transitions, and the adoption of various platform strategies. A passionate advocate for diversity in tech, Teresa strives to create inclusive environments that empower individuals from varied backgrounds and expertise to excel. She believes diverse teams deliver more innovative solutions and make better decisions. Teresa’s leadership philosophy emphasizes hiring and nurturing the right talent as the foundation for delivering impact and successful outcomes. Most recently, Teresa was the Chief Technology Officer for Invoca building products for Business to Consumer messaging, leveraging analytics and predictive, generative and agentic AI. Previously, Teresa was the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Stack Overflow, where she led product, engineering, and community management through significant growth, a $1.8 billion acquisition by Prosus, and a transformation to Product-Led Growth. She also served as the Global Head of Product & Engineering at McKinsey New Ventures, scaling B2B SaaS solutions and cultivating a global community of technologists. Earlier roles include CTO at Namely and SVP of Technology at WebMD.
