Teresa has led major transformations, including SDLC evolutions, monolith-to-microservices transitions, and the adoption of various platform strategies. She also served as the Global Head of Product & Engineering at McKinsey New Ventures, scaling B2B SaaS solutions and cultivating a global community of technologists.
