Neil leads the Gen II UK Regulated Services business covering operator, depositary, and small authorized UK AIFM services.

Neil has significant experience working with private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt, and other alternative asset fund managers.  As Head of UK Regulated Services, Neil is responsible for client service quality, ensuring the regulatory integrity of our client structures, and developing the strategy of the regulated Gen II business in the UK.

Neil has over 35 years of experience as a chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He trained with Ernst & Young, for whom he worked in London and Sydney, and has been an FCA-approved person since 2008.

Neil has over 20 years of experience acting as a board director on several vehicle companies involved in a wide range of transactions.
