Hao Li serves as Head of Client Service – Private Assets at Gen II, where he oversees the firm’s Private Credit client service operations. A seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in fund administration, Hao has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results through strategic leadership, rigorous operational controls, and the development of scalable business models.

His expertise spans the entire lifecycle of alternative investment operations, including fund onboarding and structuring, regulatory compliance, performance analytics, and investor due diligence. Prior to joining Gen II, Hao was a Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank, where he played a pivotal role in scaling their Private Equity and Private Credit fund administration business. He has also held senior leadership positions at Citco Fund Services and J.P. Morgan.

Hao earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University and an MBA in Finance and Accountancy from St. John’s University.
