Leslie serves as Head of Credit at Gen II where she oversees the overall product offering and strategy and leads the loan operations team. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in complex credit and loan administration functions across private capital structures.

Leslie brings extensive experience from U.S. Bank, where she held various leadership roles in the CLO and Loan Services business, the largest global CLO Trustee, including head of strategy and innovation and head of client service operations. During her time at U.S. Bank, Leslie played pivotal roles in scaling loan operations to support a 50% market share business, built a loan agency offering that supported both private credit and broadly syndicated loans, and set overall business and technology strategy.

Leslie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Financial Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
