Mark is a senior member of Gen II's European Funds team, specializing in private equity and venture capital funds. He has over 15 years’ financial services experience, across wealth management, corporate banking, and offshore administration.

Mark is responsible for service delivery across private equity and venture capital funds clients with an emphasis on the establishment and operation of investment funds, regulatory compliance, and transaction support.

His clients cover private equity asset classes such as buyouts, growth, and venture capital. Mark acts as a director on several client boards across this asset class spectrum. Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an MA from Cambridge University.
