Richard brings 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, with expertise in building, developing, and leading talented teams dedicated to service excellence. In this role, Richard plays an instrumental part in enhancing client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, as well as achieving operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the business in Europe and globally.

In his previous role, Richard served as Deputy CEO and Head of Private Asset Fund Administration at Credit Suisse Fund Services Luxembourg for the last four years. Prior to that, he worked as Managing Director, Director of Operations, and other roles at Citco Fund Services Luxembourg (and Guernsey) for 14 years.

Richard's experience encompasses areas including certification of business controls (ISAE 3402 Type II certification), business development and client relationship building, upgrading platforms and implementing new client portals, and a strong focus on process efficiency and automation to achieve scalable operations. Richard received his Bachelor of Business Management degree at IT Sligo in Ireland
