Richard has been with Gen II since 2013 and has worked in private equity fund administration for over sixteen years. He has extensive knowledge of complex fund structures and financial reporting, including onshore/offshore parallel funds, blockers, splitter, AIV, and co-investments. Richard is also experienced in setting up waterfall calculations, including multi-hurdle waterfalls with the associated catch-ups for American and European waterfall structures. Richard's experience has been particularly valuable during the onboarding and transitioning of new clients.

Prior to joining Gen II Richard was an assistant vice president with Citi Private Equity Services Inc. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from SUNY at Buffalo.
