Steven is President and Co-Founder of Gen II Fund Services, LLC. He brings to the firm's leadership and to Gen II clients more than twenty years of expertise in private equity administration. Steven's oversight encompasses all of the client service team operations for Gen II.

Prior to the founding of Gen II, Steven was a managing director with Citi Private EquityServices, Inc. He served as a senior vice president for BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, and he was a partner of DML Fund Services, a pioneer in the fund services industry. As a recognized leader in the field of private equity fund administration, Steven is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Hofstra University.
