Gen II Fund Services, LLC, the industry's largest U.S. based, independent Private Equity Fund Administrator, is pleased to announce the promotion of Merryn Rosewall to Principal, Quality Control.

Merryn Rosewall, Principal, has senior level oversight responsibility for Gen II's Quality Control department, and has over 20 years of accounting, auditing, and private equity administration experience. He leads a team of professionals that ensures the highest quality and accuracy of client deliverables across Gen II's customer base.
