With Gen II since 2020, Gauri has over 18 years of experience in the private equity space with extensive knowledge of growth, real estate, and infrastructure funds with complex structures. Gauri’s special expertise is with general partner accounting and with building and analyzing complex waterfalls.

Prior to joining Gen II, Gauri worked with another back-office administrator as a Fund Controller and gained similar experience in private equity accounting. Before that, she was with PWC, focusing on the audit of alternative investment funds.

Gauri holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Union Graduate College.
