Global Head of Client Service Applications

James has over 30 years’ experience and is responsible for Gen II's client service applications in operation around the globe. This includes roadmaps for all core applications as well as ensuring the applications are delivering to clients’ current and future needs.

He works closely with senior leadership; liaising with the business to understand operational performance and ensuring the continued development and enhancement of Gen II's systems.

Prior to this, James was the Chief Change Officer at Crestbridge overseeing the group's global IT infrastructure and systems. Before joining Crestbridge, he was responsible forthe operational technology systems for a leading manager of Intellectual Property headquartered in Jersey and with 26 offices globally.
