As Chief Administrative Officer at Gen II, Matt leads enterprise-wide operations encompassing corporate and administrative services, vendor management, real estate, acquisition integration, and strategic initiatives. In close partnership with executive leadership, he plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing business processes, and supporting scalable, sustainable growth across the organization.

With over 20 years of experience in strategic operations and organizational management, Matt has led complex transformation efforts, successfully integrated acquired businesses, and built high-performing support teams aligned with business goals. Before joining Gen II, he founded MJ Management Solutions, where he spearheaded large-scale change initiatives for global clients such as Cognizant, Barclays, Sony, Avon, American Express, and Wachovia. He also held senior leadership roles at CLS Bank, Cognizant, UBS, and American Express.

Matt earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and an MBA from Pace University. Passionate about building inclusive and effective workplace cultures, he is also actively involved in community service. He currently serves on the boards of the Pace University Lubin School of Business Alumni Committee and DREAM, a nonprofit that supports youth in East Harlem, the South Bronx, and Newark.
