Michael joined Gen II from his role as Chief Commercial Officer from Crestbridge where he was responsible for continuing to grow and evolve the business's overall funds proposition.

With more than 20 years’ experience in international financial services, Michael was previously Head of Fund Services in the Channel Islands for a large global administrator and was instrumental in developing the firm’s funds strategy.

Michael is a qualified person to act as a director of regulated entities and has experience in this role on boards across the alternative asset classes but primarily in Debt, VC, Growth, Buy-Out, Real Assets, Fund-of-Funds, and Life Sciences. He is Chair of the Jersey Funds Association and a Chartered Accountant.
