Phil has been with Gen II since 2018 and brings leadership to the firm’s management company services. He initially served as the firm's managing director and chief financial officer. Phil brings over twenty years of finance and accounting experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Gen II, Phil held senior finance positions at Credit Suisse and at JPMorgan, including head of controlling, planning, and analysis within the Asset and Wealth Management division and head of finance for Americas Investment Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions. Earlier in his career Phil worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Business Assurance practice based in New Jersey. Phil received his bachelor’s degree from Rider College and was a certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey.
