Gen II Fund Services announces new client service center in Boston, Massachusetts, adds Shaun Buckley as Managing Director

NEW YORK- Gen II Fund Services, LLC, a leading independent private equity fund administrator, today announced the next step in the Firm’s expansion with the opening of its Boston office.

In addition, Shaun Buckley has joined Gen II as Managing Director and will be located in Gen II’s Boston office.  Shaun comes to Gen II from State Street, where he had broad responsibility for private equity fund administration and reporting across an institutional client base.

The Boston office, located at 125 High Street in the city’s financial district, joins New York and San Francisco as the third client service center for the Firm and reinforces Gen II’s commitment to unparalleled client service, delivered by the most experienced team in the private equity fund administration industry.
