Matt has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and accounting. In his role with Gen II, he is responsible for overseeing and enhancing operational expertise across the business’s European offices.

Matt is a qualified chartered accountant with expertise in private asset fund administration and accounting, as also has an in-depth knowledge of industry technology solutions. Prior to joining Gen II Matt was European Head of Closed Ended Private Asset Administration for a large global services provider.

Matt is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Alex has over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has significant specialist expertise in private capital covering private debt and private equity (spanning venture, growth, and buyout).

Alex is responsible for the development and implementation of Gen II’s private equity fund services strategy for Europe, including maintaining the highest levels of client care. He is also responsible for raising the business’ profile in the private equity fund services space, as well as identifying and targeting new and strategically important revenue opportunities.

Alex joined Gen II from Crestbridge where he was the Group Head of Private Equity. Prior to this, he was a Director and Jersey Head of Private Equity for a global institutional fund administration business where he was responsible for driving the development, implementation, and evaluation of the funds service line strategy in Jersey.

Alex was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2011.

James has over 30 years’ experience and is responsible for Gen II’s client service applications in operation around the globe. This includes roadmaps for all core applications as well as ensuring the applications are delivering to clients’ current and future needs.

He works closely with senior leadership; liaising with the business to understand operational performance and ensuring the continued development and enhancement of Gen II’s systems.

Prior to this, James was the Chief Change Officer at Crestbridge overseeing the group’s global IT infrastructure and systems. Before joining Crestbridge, he was responsible forthe operational technology systems for a leading manager of Intellectual Property headquartered in Jersey and with 26 offices globally.

Mark is a senior member of Gen II’s European Funds team, specializing in private equity and venture capital funds. He has over 15 years’ financial services experience, across wealth management, corporate banking, and offshore administration.

Mark is responsible for service delivery across private equity and venture capital funds clients with an emphasis on the establishment and operation of investment funds, regulatory compliance, and transaction support.

His clients cover private equity asset classes such as buyouts, growth, and venture capital. Mark acts as a director on several client boards across this asset class spectrum. Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an MA from Cambridge University.

Stuart has significant experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Gen II, he spent the last ten years as Head of Client Accounting at Crestbridge, where he was responsible for managing the reporting requirements for a wide range of clients.

He has extensive knowledge of consolidated financial accounting, investor reporting, NAV production, VAT services, and managing the audits of multi-jurisdictional complex group structures. Stuart has significant knowledge of complex assets and a detailed understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Stuart acts as Director for several client boards.

He is an Approved Person with the JFSC and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Alex has over 19 years’ industry experience. As the Head of Real Assets, Europe, Alex has responsibility for overseeing client service and the development of the service offering across Gen II’s European jurisdictions.

Previously, Alex was Head of Governance Services at Crestbridge and before this, he led and developed the business’s highly successful Real Estate Funds team.

Alex has also been a director of a corporate trustee which acted for both regulated and unregulated property unit trusts, holding over £10bn assets in total. Previously, he was also employed by a major global bank and has significant experience in both Real Estate and Corporate Finance.

Alex is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Erin brings over 17 years’ professional experience in real assets and financial services. In her current role, Erin is responsible for ensuring a seamless service is provided by the Real Assets team in Jersey. Erin also works on supporting the strategic growth and development of the wider Group real estate business.

With extensive board member experience, Erin currently acts as a director on the boards of several key real estate client entities, managing structures including JPUTS, SPV companies, limited partnerships, and joint ventures for residential, commercial, retail, office, and listed assets.

Prior to joining Gen II, Erin was the Head of Real Assets – Jersey for Crestbridge. Before this she acted as in-house legal counsel at a global trust and corporate services provider, offering legal support on various complex structures, transaction management, and risk issues.

Elwyn is a director with 25 years of experience in the finance industry, of which 15 have been spent working exclusively within Real Estate Funds.

Elwyn is part of the Real Estate Funds senior management team where he supports the group in respect of regulatory reporting requirements and in the provision of updates to the board. He also holds several directorships across a range of real estate assets based in the UK. These include SPV Trustees, general partners, and holding companies.

Prior, Elwyn spent 10 years working for global corporate service providers where his responsibilities included leading administration and transactional matters on key clients for listed entities on the LSE. This included portfolios of large shopping centers across the UK and the ownership of well-known buildings within the city of London.

Elwyn holds a Certificate in Offshore Administration and a diploma from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Brian has over 19 years’ experience in cross-border financial services. He is responsible for providing leadership and direction to Gen II’s multi-jurisdictional real assets funds team. He has particular expertise in financial and risk management and control assurance reporting and has worked with a range of key clients.

As well as being an integral member of Gen II’s Real Assets leadership team, Brian continues to act as a Director on several boards of regulated and unregulated entities.

Prior to joining Gen II, Brian was a Real Estate Director at Crestbridge. Before this, he worked at one of the Big 4 accountancy practices where he was responsible for the audits of large, regulated companies. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ana leads the Corporate Services team, with overall responsibility for the provision of services to a portfolio of complex corporate structures, investment companies, and funds across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. As a senior member, Ana has a particular interest in the development of the next generation of leaders at Gen II.

Ana is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience and a strong background in regulated markets. She has extensive first-hand experience and currently sits on various boards spanning real assets, private equity, and debt asset classes. Prior to joining GEN II Ana was Director, Group Head of Corporate Services at Crestbrdidge. Before that, Ana spent 18 years with Deloitte specializing in corporate governance and risk management.
